  1. Keep winning souls because God gives special attention to soul-winning churches.
  2. Keep helping the poor.
  3. Build your adult Sunday school classes.
  4. Check the interest rates on your loans.
  5. Check the length of your loans.
  6. Shop for all services rendered to your church.
  7. If you cut your budget, consider a small percentage cut across the board instead of a major cut anywhere.
  8. Practice self service within the church.
  9. Look for waste in your ministry.
  10. Ask your people to give 11% instead of 10%.

  12. Let people grow.
  13. Teach good behavior within the church so we can keep the people we have.
  14. Use the “Christmas Tree Idea.” Pick a ministry within the church and ask your people to bring in Christmas gifts to help that ministry.
